A clearer brief makes a better first conversation.

A few useful details help turn a general enquiry into a focused discussion about the support you need.
Start with the outcome
Describe what you would like to achieve in plain language. You might need an address service, help coordinating a move, or administrative support for a commercial programme. Explain the result you are looking for before listing individual tasks. If you are still deciding, say which part is uncertain.
Add location and timing
The country or city involved, your starting point and any relevant dates help define the conversation. Distinguish a preferred date from a fixed deadline. Include important dependencies, such as an event date or another party’s availability, so that the proposed sequence can take them into account.
Clarify the work and responsibilities
Note what has already been done, who is involved and which tasks need support. A useful first enquiry does not need to contain every document. Share a short description first; the next conversation can establish the information required, the service scope and the responsibilities of each party.
