How Eurovat uses information when you contact us.
Information you provide
We collect your name, email address, selected service and message. Company and phone details are optional. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in your first message.
Purpose and choice
We use this information to assess and respond to your request and discuss the service you need. The form asks for your consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our website enquiry inbox using Cloudflare infrastructure and are available to authorised website administrators. The form returns a reference after successful receipt. It does not send an automatic email notification. Technical security records include submission references and a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry records while handling the request and any resulting service, and where needed for legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may also raise a concern with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
